Mandalaband Presents AD Sangreal

A Reflective Review By Andrea R.Garrison - Onlinewithandrea

AD Sangreal by the Mandalaband lead by the brilliant talents of David Rohl is an extraordinary CD with 15 amazing tracks. The AD Sangreal music focuses on the Roman Empire and the early middle ages telling the legendary history of the Holy Grail. This CD is dedicated to Stuart Wooly Wolstenholme one of the Mandalaband members who passed away in December of 2010. The opening track on this CD is A Bloodline Born featuring Marc Atkinson who happens to be one of my favorite male vocalists. Every single thing about this CD is great, and elaborate!!! It is meticulously produced in every detail. The music, the lyrics, the orchestrations, the vocals and the CD cover design by Ed Unitsky are beyond words. My first reaction when I listened to the entire CD was WOW this music is meant to be the background for a major Broadway play or a very well-produced epic film. It is rare to experience such a high level of creativity, musicianship and mastery. AD Sangreal is such an amazing collaboration. Everyone who participated in the development of this recording should be pleased. This CD is not meant to be down loaded. In order to truly have the entire extraordinary, majestic Mandalaband experience you must purchase the hard copy so you can enjoy the beautiful detailed colorful booklet as well as the music. Of course the best of both worlds would be to see the Mandalaband perform live. AD Sangreal by Mandalaband is definitely spot on!!! I love AD Sangreal!!! Observations By Unified Past

A Reflective Review By Andrea R. Garrison

Observations the latest CD by Unified Past features the great team efforts of Stephen Speelman, Victor Tassone and Frank Tassone. The CD opens up with I’m Not Answering which is a very creative track that truly captures your attention. This CD has some very highly charged rocking tracks and then there are the tunes such as Faithless and Remember When that have the softer melodic tones. I love the special sound effects through out that adds another dimension. My observation is that this is an entertaining CD that will get you moving and thinking. Contrast and More Morre

A Reflective Review By Andrea Garrison - Onlinewithandrea

While I am reflecting on Morre, this wonderful band from Canada I am listening to Contrast their latest CD released on The Melodic Revolution Records label. Believe me at this moment while listening to Morre I am not sitting still. Each tune just flows perfectly and melodiously from one to the next. Individually each track stands solid adding a special dimension to the entire CD experience. I love their sound which is why I play their music so often on my radio program and I will continue to do so. Morre is exciting and one of the best independent bands on the music scene today. They are excellent musicians with a great, carefully produced, meticulous sound and they have an amazing stage presence which is obvious by watching their videos. If there is any band on the scene today that deserves to be recognized on a global scale it is definitely Morre. They are more than studio musicians. They are ready to take the show on the road in a big way. I am looking forward to their next release and I am also looking forward to seeing Morre live. I guarantee that with Morre you will always get more than you bargained for and you will always want to hear and see more of Morre. I can just see it and feel it. Apeirophobia By Ifsounds

A Review By Andrea R. Garrison – Online With Andrea

In Greek apeiro means boundless or infinite and phobia means fear. Thus Apeirophobia is the fear of infinity. It is said that people who have Apeirophobia try to live predictable lives. After listening to the CD Apeirophobia the Melodic Revolution Records release by Ifsounds I can honestly say there is nothing at all predictable about this CD. This CD is carefully orchestrated and meticulously produced. It is an amazing creation by a group who has managed to truly create their own sound. It is quite obvious that Apeirophobia is deeply inspired as it takes you on an enchanting musical journey that is filled with thoughtful lyrics and haunting melodies that are absolutely unforgettable creating a feeling of unlimited possibilities for this group and their future in music. When I listen to Apeirophobia I just want to hear more and more music created by this wonderful group from Italy called Ifsounds. If there is one thing that I can say about Ifsounds is that their sound is big and hopefully here to stay indefinitely. I also must mention the distinctive CD Cover design created by Andrea Pinti. It truly reflects in art the musical essence of this incredible Ifsounds release. Ifsounds has definitely captured my attention. But then again how could one not be moved by music such as this that is inspired, creative, originating from the heart and the soul. I am anxiously waiting to hear more and more from Ifsounds in their future releases. For more information on Ifsounds please visit www.ifsounds.com, www.melodicrevolutionrecords.com and listen to the Online With Andrea interview with Ifsounds band member Dario Lastella.

D Drives Goes 3D

A Review by Andrea R. Garrison – Online With Andrea

The D Drive band features Phil Naro, Don Mancuso, John Taylor John Naro and Bobby Bond. D Drive doesn’t waste any time starting out the 3D CD with the opening tune Next Train which definitely starts you moving. D Drive gets right into rocking the house as they say. It is ironic that one tune is called Dig Down and another cut is called Down Deep because D Drive is taking it to another level with this Melodic Revolution Records release. They are taking it down deep while at the same time stepping it up to some high powered levels in terms of the sounds they are creating on this new CD. All I can say is if you are ready to rock then take the 3D ride with D Drive. To learn more about D Drive visit www.ddrive.com and melodicrevolution.com. Also listen to the Online With Andrea interview featuring D Drive.

Finger Paintings By Cary Clouser

A Review by Andrea R. Garrison - Online With Andrea

Cary Clouser is a multi-talented musician, singer and composer. He has definitely tapped into his own moving and eclectic sound. Cary loves creating and exploring new sounds and it is quite evident in this Finger Paintings CD released on Melodic Revolution Records. My favorite tune Precious has the perfect title. Cary’s flute and keyboard solos are absolutely precious. Dark 1st Impressions and Darker 2nd Impressions are amazing compositions. Finger Paintings will take you on a magical musical journey filled with many melodic highs and many wonderful surprises. Cary Clouser is definitely shining in Finger Paintings. His compositional talents are quite brilliant and enjoyable to listen to. For more information on Cary Clouser visit www.myspace.com/caryclouser and www.melodicrevolution.com .
