Alistair Conwell Explores The Audible Life Stream

A Review By Andrea R. Garrison - Online With Andrea

The Audible Life Stream Ancient Secret of Dying While Living by Alistair Conwell is a comprehensive guide that will help to bring a greater and deeper understanding to a topic that many would not attempt to explain. The Egyptian Book of the Dead and The Tibetan Book of the Dead both say that in order to learn how to live one must know how to die. Alistair explains that death is a mystery, a paradoxical obsession and something that we are terribly afraid of despite the fact that it is something that we will all face. How do we overcome our fears to embrace life and to live life? What is the audible life stream? How does one explain what is so beyond the physical? Alistair provides tangible examples to help you overcome your fears by exploring the process. Alistair say’s, “Certainly we are here as physical beings for a specific purpose. Until both sides of our total being are realized, we can never appreciate the full value of life or what it really means to be whole, complete and fully conscious.” For more information please visit and listen to the Online With Andrea interview with Alistair Conwell.

Apeirophobia By Ifsounds

A Review By Andrea R. Garrison – Online With Andrea

In Greek apeiro means boundless or infinite and phobia means fear. Thus Apeirophobia is the fear of infinity. It is said that people who have Apeirophobia try to live predictable lives. After listening to the CD Apeirophobia the Melodic Revolution Records release by Ifsounds I can honestly say there is nothing at all predictable about this CD. This CD is carefully orchestrated and meticulously produced. It is an amazing creation by a group who has managed to truly create their own sound. It is quite obvious that Apeirophobia is deeply inspired as it takes you on an enchanting musical journey that is filled with thoughtful lyrics and haunting melodies that are absolutely unforgettable creating a feeling of unlimited possibilities for this group and their future in music. When I listen to Apeirophobia I just want to hear more and more music created by this wonderful group from Italy called Ifsounds. If there is one thing that I can say about Ifsounds is that their sound is big and hopefully here to stay indefinitely. I also must mention the distinctive CD Cover design created by Andrea Pinti. It truly reflects in art the musical essence of this incredible Ifsounds release. Ifsounds has definitely captured my attention. But then again how could one not be moved by music such as this that is inspired, creative, originating from the heart and the soul. I am anxiously waiting to hear more and more from Ifsounds in their future releases. For more information on Ifsounds please visit, and listen to the Online With Andrea interview with Ifsounds band member Dario Lastella.

Photographer Herb Way Shares Portraits of Eve

A Review By Andrea R. Garrison - Online With Andrea

Portraits of Eve - Women Of Color Share Their Body/Soul Conversations by Photographer Herb Way features real stories and natural photographs of Women Of Color. Herb Way say’s that his, “objective in doing this true photographic authentic essay is to graphically show that every body has a beautiful story to tell, even –especially – the woman of color’s. And that story encompasses the soul that animates the beliefs and experiences that inform, the energy and spirit that drive. Each body bared, each story shared generates a stronger appreciation for the full universe of feminine beauty, strength and sensuality. The viewer/reader will delight in the sense of freedom, satisfaction and self-acceptance that this book is designed to generate.”

In a world that seems to glorify and depict on the screen and in the glossy beauty magazines the so-called perfect body which is usually slim, often emaciated, blemish free and wrinkle free this book is truly refreshing. The women featured in Portraits of Eve are not the typical women that you would picture baring it all. They are all ages, various shapes and sizes, accomplished in their fields, honest, living life and they are proud of it. When you read their words and look at their pictures beauty takes on a deeper meaning and a reality that is truly heart opening. While a picture certainly can tell a story Photographer Herb Way was quite brilliant in his approach when he decided to add the personal reflections and the true stories of these women. There is truly nothing left to the imagination in Portraits of Eve. It is very clear that these women are bold, smart, beautiful and proud. Portraits Of Eve reminds us of the importance of going deeper beyond the physical surface and that beauty does exists on many levels at any age. Every mark on our body represents history, a story of experiences encountered and a reflection of what we have overcome to be where we are and who we are at this very moment.
