As I am writing this review/reflection on The Wood of Kites by Corrado Rossi I am listening to this wonderful CD at this very moment. I am inspired, encouraged and moved by every single tune. It is difficult to decide which one is my favorite. I am trying to make a decision but I honestly love them all. It is always a challenge to express in words what one feels in the heart. How does one describe something so beautiful? Corrado Rossi is an accomplished, sensitive, composer and pianist who has a magnificent cinematic feel. He truly has a grand sound and I wish that the entire world could hear and experience his amazing compositional talent. Corrado is a musician from Italy who has developed his own universal sound in music that can reach out and touch anyone any where. He has mastered the big sound and he has captured the tender softness that can only be experienced on a heart level. Corrado does in music what we should do in life which is to just go for it and live with passion. When an artist has the ability to inspire creativity in others they have truly developed something special that is beyond words. Corrodo Rossi is magnifico!!!
